Building foundations have been isolated from vibration for years using Regufoam®.
Six variants of the polyurethane foam type Regufoam® and six variants of the composite material Regupol® are at the heart of the vibration-insulated materials from BSW.
Regupol® E48 is the most successful product from BSW for the impact sound insulation of screed that is subjected to heavy loads.
Foundation plates are supported across their whole surface, in strips or spots on Regupol® for the purpose of vibration insulation.
Regupol® is used for active or passive vibration insulation for machine foundations.
The outer walls of underground parts of buildings are insulated against vibration using Regupol®.
Regupol® is used for active or passive vibration insulation for machine foundations.
Given the increasing disturbances from vibration emissions and increasing public awareness of the issues involved with noise and vibrations, BSW has developed a comprehensive range of products for vibration damping and structure-borne noise insulation.
The products Regupol® made of highly resilient rubber fibre/rubber granulate and PUR foam Regufoam® offer the right solution for practically every project involved in vibration insulation.

Under-Screed Impact Sound Insulation
Impact sound protection is indispensible underneath many screeds bearing high loads. The screed insulation mats Regupol® E48 and Regupol® BA achieve impact sound insulation values of 20 and 26 dB respectively, withstand high loads, are moisture-resistant and have been granted the national technical approval.
