Noise & Vibration Control

Given the increasing disturbances from vibration emissions and increasing public awareness of the issues involved with noise and vibrations, BSW has developed a comprehensive range of products for vibration damping and structure-borne noise insulation.

The products Regupol® made of highly resilient rubber fibre/rubber granulate (highly resilient polyurethane rubber) and PUR foam Regufoam® offer the right solution for practically every project involved in vibration insulation.

Vibration Insulation and Noise Control with RegupolThe insulating materials Regupol® and Regufoam® act as vibration protection, either directly at the source of emission, e.g. in railway construction, or directly at the immission site, e.g. for passive insulation of buildings in the vicinity of railway lines or near to machinery producing intensive vibrations. Here BSW works together with renowned engineering consultants to produce specific, unusual customised solutions for a wide range of different applications. We can gladly advise you in all technically relevant issues regarding the technologies and possible applications of our products that provide protection from structure-borne noise, impact sound, vibrations and secondary airborne sound.

When it comes to machine foundation insulation, Regupol® and Regufoam® are used for both active and passive insulation.

The impact sound sheeting products Regupol® E48 and Regupol® BA with National Technical Approval meet the strictest demands made for impact sound insulation. These products stand for high load capabilities even under high dynamic and rolling loads, offering good impact sound insulation levels with only low material thicknesses and excellent long-term behaviour.

BSW is certified by DIN EN ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Furthermore, products for vibration insulation and impact sound insulation are regularly monitored by external certified testing agencies.
