Resilient elements in railway construction

Rail traffic emits great vibrations which are usually noticed in the immediate surroundings as intrusive secondary airborne sound. However, there are possibilities for drastically reducing such emissions. For 30 years, BSW has been producing resilient components for railway tracks that reduce the travelling of these vibrations.
BSW offers an extensive range of products for light mass spring systems, under sub-ballast mats and resilient mats for reducing ballast compaction.
We will gladly advise you in all technically relevant issues regarding the technologies and potential applications of our products for protection from structure-borne noise, vibrations and secondary airborne sound. Further important information including in particular technical details are available in the download-section.
